Fee Schedule

Mobile Notary Service for the Counties of
Mendocino, Napa, Sonoma, Solano and Marin

Mobile service is available for loan signings at the locations listed below:

• If the notarization occurs at a different than listed venue
the fee adjusts accordingly.

• Loan Document signing, 1st loan only; does not include
$10.00 per notarization.

• There will be a charge of $35.00 per hour (including travel time)
for emergency and post 8 pm signings.

• Notarizations other than that of loan documents and modifications
will be negotiated based on $35.00 per hour.

• An additional charge of $35.00 per hour for travel time in the
event of severe weather conditions in asterisked below:

Tips:

Valid and current Driver License, Passport or California ID cards must be presented for identification. Your lender may require photo copies of your identification, so bring them along in order to avoid delays.

If your name shown on your identification differs even slightly from the way your documents were drawn (no middle name, middle initial, Judy rather than Judith, etc.) please bring a credit card, or health insurance card matching the way your name shows on the documents.
